Manifesto: Unleashing the Power of Data

We are believers in a world where technology serves humanity. In today’s landscape, data is a force that shapes the destinies of individuals and communities alike. Yet, too often, this power is hoarded by centralized entities, disregarding privacy and denying contributors their fair share. We are here to change that. Our goal is clear: to create an ecosystem where people control their own data, preserving their privacy while sharing it for the collective good. From health metrics to shopping habits, browsing behaviors to daily movements, every piece of data should be harnessed—with consent and security—to fuel the advancement of AI. We envision a platform where campaign creators—researchers, companies, and developers—can launch targeted data collection initiatives, defining their needs and rewarding contributors with tokens. Through tutorials, we empower users to safeguard their privacy with tools and knowledge, anonymizing sensitive details before submission. Through clear instructions, we ensure data is formatted to meet rigorous quality standards, fostering trust and authenticity between creators and contributors. Data means "data," and Agora means "marketplace"—together, they form Datagora, a unified space where value flows freely and fairly. This is more than a platform—it’s a movement toward data sovereignty, privacy, and fairness. And we found the opportunity to bring this vision to life at the Mammothon Hackathon, building a dApp on the Movement Network with Celestia underneath.
